Required Documentation

All applications must include acceptable proof of age and proof of residency. You will also be asked to submit proof of a physical and immunizations as part of our Student Health Data. (Students who are protected under the McKinney-Vento Act are entitled to immediate enrollment in school even if they don’t have the documents normally needed.)
